Manufacturing and Supply Chain Manager
Reporting to the COO, the
Manufacturing and Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing all
manufacturing and supply chain management processes and activities.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize production schedules based on product
introduction, equipment efficiency and materials supply
- Develop and manage all aspects of a sustainable
manufacturing organizational plan that supports company growth
- Manage manufacturing schedules
- Execute the material planning process for Atrato
products
- Manage the manufacturing and supply chain forecasting
process
- Produce and manage related supply/demand analysis
on products to ensure the integrity of all information on supply chain
management system
- Publish inventory reports to Atrato management
team

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or
other related field
- Project management experience in a manufacturing
environment
- Experience developing operational procedures and guidelines
- Ability to provide input to drive strategic

a hardware product environment
- PCBA manufacturing experience

Accounting Manager
This position is responsible for maintaining and providing the organization with financial information and processes that will assist the organization in managing and growing its business. This position requires extreme attention to detail. The Accounting Manager will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounting function for the company
- Hands on responsibility for month-end close, including preparation/posting of journal entries and account reconciliations
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of order and procurement processes, including revenue recognition, accounts receivables, collection, expense accrual and accounts payable
- Prepare monthly reports including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow
- Establish and maintain internal control systems and procedures in accordance with industry and professional standards
- Manage annual audit process, coordinating with independent public accountants as necessary
- Sales & Use tax – Coordinate the data collection and timely processing of sales & use tax reports in applicable jurisdictions
- Assist in budget development, review and rolling forecast updates as required
- Participate in the development of company policy and administer approved accounting procedures
- Assist with payroll administration
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:

Minimum of five years accounting experience
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and to handle multiple projects in a timely and efficient manner
