Document transfer
There are many different ways to transfer documents and data from one computer to an other. On of the most simple ways is to send an email with an attachement to the person you want to share the document with. However if the document is quie big and contains many photos it will take a long time to send and to recieve, if the document is that big emailing is not the best solution.
You can use also the old fashion, which would be to copy the informatin on an empty CD, but CD’s have a limited capacity and can easily get damaged if they get scratched. An other more modern solution is to buy a USB harddrive device, they are very practical and small. You can simple copy the data on to it and then give the USB key to your friend or office etc. These USB keys are very small therefore easy to lose. A good way not to lose it is to attach it to your keys. That way you are sure to always find it. However if the document is still to large for the USB key you could use an external hardrive. These are easy to transport and have enormous storage capacity. However they are very fragile, you should carry it in a bag with some protection. Avoid any shocks or water. This could damage the harddrive and then you might lose your data saved on it.
Those are the best an quick ways to transfer either a small document or a large amout of data from one computer to an other. Unless you are on a server network, in which case you should save the data on the server, then the other user can retrieve the information from the server at any time. This also a quick way to do a transfer.
